Collection arrangements
Exam certificates will be available for collection, from the Main School Reception, from Wednesday 20th November.
Dates and times for collection are:
Wednesday 20th November, Wednesday 27th November and Wednesday 4th December between 1.30pm and 4pm.
Outside of these hours, please email Mrs Rolfe on jrolfe@wokinghigh.surrey.sch.uk to arrange collection.
Important information:
All certificates should be collected from the main reception by the student named on the certificate.
You are required to show valid photo ID when collecting certificates.
You will be asked to sign to confirm receipt of your certificates.
Please check carefully the personal and examination details and notify the school immediately of any errors. The original certificate must be returned with written details of any errors. The awarding bodies will not replace a certificate without presentation of the original.
Review of Results – if your review resulted in a change of grade, please ensure the revised grade is recorded on the certificate.
Students who are unable to collect in person may nominate another individual to collect on their behalf. This request must be made in advance by emailing exams@wokinghigh.surrey.sch.uk. The authorised named person collecting on behalf of the student must show valid photo ID when collecting.
It is strongly recommended that certificates are collected ASAP as any errors will need to be corrected before the end of term.
